1. This complimentary salon voucher entitles the bearer to one (1) free salon treatment at participating salons. Treatments vary from salon to salon and can include but are not limited to: Deep Conditioning Treatment, Manicure, Pedicure, Eyebrow Waxing, Make-Up Appli-cation/Consultation, Blowout, etc. Taxes and gratuity are not included.
2. Only one voucher may be used per person/per group/per household. All repeat visits will cost full price. Anyone accompanying the voucher holder must pay the regular price for their service.
3. This offer is subject to availability.
4. This offer is based upon advance appointment times only with a 3 day notice. The bearer of the voucher must follow the instructions provided in the "How To Use" portion of the voucher. The booking instructions (How To Use) and all other information stated within the voucher also form part of the terms and conditions of this offer. The voucher must be handed to the salon before your pre-arranged treatment begins. Failure to comply with the instructions or any other directives made in conjunction with this offer may result in cancellation and/or a charge for service. Under these circumstances, gift shall be considered redeemed, voucher will be voided for use and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their non compliance.
5. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
6. For the purpose of this offer, "Released Parties" includes the Sponsor, Tyson Foods, Inc., their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents and distributors.
7. By entering this Promotion, you (on behalf of yourself and your family members, heirs, administrators, affiliates and successors) also agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from any and all liability, loss, damage, injury, cost or expense of any nature whatsoever, for the acceptance and use or misuse of a voucher service.
8. This information is correct at the time of campaign launch, although salons and Released Parties reserve the right to change details at any time.   Each salon featured reserves the right to make the final decision of admission, according to the rules and regulations established at their salon.   Released Parties cannot be held responsible for this decision.
9. Released Parties cannot be held responsible for any disagreements concerning availability and quality of services. Any dispute must be settled directly with the salon concerned.
10. Released Parties cannot accept any liability for personal loss or injury at the featured salons. Any dispute must be settled directly with the salon concerned.
11. Void if photocopied and where prohibited or restricted by law.
12. Released Parties shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable gift vouchers and/or redemption requests and will not issue or replace gift vouchers in any of these events.
13. The vouchers have no monetary value. This offer is not transferable, transferable for sale or resale, and is not redeemable for cash.
14. Voucher valid until December 31, 2012.
15. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute another gift of equal or greater value.

How do I qualify for the Tyson Says Thanks Mom! salon treatment offer?
In order to qualify, you must purchase three (3) packages of Tyson® Chicken Strips at a participating retailer during the promotional period, April 23, 2012 through June 30, 2012.   To receive the offer, you must mail the completed redemption form provided on the campaign website (TysonSaysThanksMom.com) along with a self addressed stamped #10 envelope, and your receipt(s) (originals only, copies not accepted) from your participating retailer. Your response must be postmarked no later than July 14, 2012.
By what date do I have to mail in my redemption form and original receipt?
All redemption forms must be postmarked no later than July 14, 2012.
How long will it take for my redemption form to be processed, and for me to receive my salon treatment voucher?
Upon receipt, please allow one (1) week for verification. You should receive your salon treatment voucher within 4 – 6 weeks of verification.
How long do I have to use my salon treatment voucher?
All salon treatment vouchers expire on December 31, 2012.
Where can I locate my qualifying UPC codes?
Your qualifying UPC codes can be found on the back of your qualifying Tyson Chicken Strips packaging.
Can I give my voucher to a friend?
No, the salon treatment voucher is not transferable. The salon treatment vouchers are not able to be sold for cash.
Are there any restrictions to this offer?
Taxes and gratuity are not included. Offer valid for qualified Tyson Chicken Strips purchased from April 23, 2012 through June 30, 2012. Limit of one (1) salon treatment voucher per customer name, one (1) per customer address and one (1) per customer household per customer name and one (1) per customer address. To qualify for a salon treatment voucher, you must purchase three (3) packages of Tyson Chicken Strips during the promotional period (4/23/12 – 6/30/12).

I clicked on "Notify Me" because there was no salon available in my area, when will I hear back if there is a salon in my preferred area?
Once you click "Notify Me" and submit your contact information, our representatives will work hard to solidify a venue in your area. We will notify you as soon as that venue is identified, which could take 4-6 weeks depending on your area. We will provide an update via email within two weeks. You should expect to receive an email from tyson@rewardrequest.com. Please make sure to check your spam inbox as well.
What if a salon is not able to be identified in my preferred area?
If in the extremely rare instance a salon cannot be established within your preferred area, we will provide an alternative reward of equal or greater value.
